🔄 Returns

Return Policy

Doesn't fit over your glasses? Send it back. We pay the return shipping.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. The product needs to come back complete and in resellable condition — signs of trying it on once are fine, we expect you to try it on.

How it works: request your return through our returns portal → https://bunkrvision.shipping-portal.com/rp/. You'll get a free return label straight away. Once the parcel reaches us, we refund you within 14 days via your original payment method.

Statutory right of withdrawal. On top of the above, as an EU consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30 days come on top of that.
